Nicole McCaffery was very patient with us, being that we are a divorced couple it was very difficult for us to communicate and be on the same page when it came to paper work and such. Nicole took the time to explain everything and helped us every step of the way.

Bernadette has a very nondirective style and I appreciated that when other agents I had dealt with were pushy right out of the gate. Even tho I had a low budget, she and Dontae still treated me with great care and attention. They assisted me in finding all of the other professionals I needed for the process (mortgage, title, inspectors, etc.). They were both extremely quick to get back to me and were very flexible about times to meet up for showings. Dontae has experience in construction and can give you useful advice about structural issues and how much would be entailed in renovations. I would absolutely recommend them both to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell locally.

Chris and Bernadette quickly gave us tips on how to make simple adjustments to make our home more appealing than it already was. Their mastery of marketing and their knowledge of the area were what made this sale! There is not one other realtor that we have dealt with in the past, or during this occasion, that has worked as a team and had such a coordinated drive to an end game of selling our property. Easy to talk to, everything was done online even the showing of the house. Chris is my contact is only a text away. They respond in a timely manner to all queries. They work with a photographer that made the presentation of the jouse look professional.
